A trailblazer in her own right, Crystal is a first-generation college graduate, holding a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. She is also a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, specializing in the innovative fields of neurofeedback and brain retraining. Before her career in counseling, Crystal proudly served in the United States Air Force and gained invaluable experience in the technical industry. This unique blend of military service and civilian work has equipped her with a profound understanding of both veterans and military families' needs. Crystal's expertise extends to working with individuals of all ages grappling with conditions like depression, anger management, PTSD, ASD, and anxiety. She offers the convenience of telehealth counseling, employing HIPAA-compliant video counseling, and provides free consultations. As an Air Force Veteran herself, Crystal is deeply attuned to the challenges faced by veterans and their families.
